A Gant Filled Christmas

We usually spend the days leading up to Christmas with husband's side of the family.  Although we spend Christmas Eve with them, we usually pick a day to be our Christmas Eve and Christmas day.  It's been a great tradition that's worked really well for us and always something we look forward to.

This year, we decided to head to the lake together so that we can get away and spend time with just each other - best decision ever!  It was a really good time.  Plus, our awesome Uncle Phil got to join since he didn't work (and he usually always works on holidays), so that was a real treat!

The guys did some wet suit skiing, we had delicious crab for Christmas Eve dinner, we watched a movie together every night and had one dinner out on the town.

And let me tell you, these people crack me up.  You gotta love 'em.

Grateful my SIL was able to come up before Christmas and spend this time with us.

Grateful for these wonderful people that I get to call family.

Merry Christmas, from the Gant side!
