If You Really Knew Me...

I'm not original.

Everyone's doing it.

And if everyone jumped off a bridge?

I would assume it meant it was safe to jump off the bridge, so yes, I would do it, too.

Same with these If You Really Knew Me posts...since this girl did it and I like her a lot, I'm going to do it, too.

If you really knew me...

- You'd know that I could eat ice cream everyday for every meal.  That and maybe pizza.  Yes.  Ice cream and pizza.  Everyday (a lactose intolerant nightmare!).

- You'd know that I have to drink through a straw at restaurants.  I don't know why.  I just do.  Call me a diva if you want.  It's just my thang.

- You'd know that I love to sleep.  So when some of you people tell me I'm wasting my day by sleeping through half of it?  No way!  This is how I am enjoying my day, thank you very much!

- You'd know that I have an irrational fear of penguins.  Slimy birds that can't fly?  Creepy.  And those weird eyebrows?  They seem to tell me that they want to eat me.

- You'd know that my feet get claustrophobic at night and I need to stick them out of the covers.  The rest of my body?  MUST be under the covers.

- You'd know that I have a bladder the size of a peanut.  Seriously, it's like every ten minutes.

- You'd know that I hate being tickled.  I don't think it's funny and I will kick you.

- You'd know that I have an abnormal obsession with heights.  I don't know why, I just love heights.  Get me up a tree, in an airplane, top of a building, I just love the feeling!

- You'd know that my happy place is AT&T Park.  I can't think of any better place to be.

- You'd know that I can't help but adore my husband's beard.  I don't want him to ever shave it off.

- You'd know that I have really thick hair.  Like, so thick that everyone who has done my hair makes a comment about how a tenth of my hair equals the amount of hair that they have.  Cool.

- You'd know that I love having clean teeth.  I don't feel clean until my teeth are brushed.  Multiple times a day.

- You'd know that I can't make up my mind.  I love going on adventures and always seem to be planning one, but also love being a homebody and just want to stay home snuggled on the couch watching Friends.

- You'd know that I have awkwardly big knees.  'How can someone have big knees' you say?  You will know when you see mine.

- You'd know I'm almost blind.  No joke.  Without my glasses or contacts, I see nothing. Oh, and I'm not giving you a dirty look, I'm just squinting because I can't see.

- You'd know that I am seriously committed to being a responsive and loyal friend.  I will always call you back, email you back, text you back, whatever it is.  I don't like to leave people hanging.

- You'd know that no matter what, I will always fall back on my first love, my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  He is my rock and I strive to live for him every day (I am also blessed enough to have a husband who loves the Lord just as much!).
