NYE 2014

First of all, I want to mention that 6 years ago today, I first met my beloved husband.  Awwwww....

Ok, so on to the NYE recap...

New Years Eve started with a hike and the weather was cold, but absolutely gorgeous.

NYE is always chill for us.  Most years we wear sweats and eat a lot of food at home...this year, we did the same thing, but actually dressed up a little...which, was not nearly as comfortable as when I choose yoga pants, but at least we looked good. :)

We spent NYE with my sister and her family.  They had babysitters so that we could go out, but when their babysitters got sick the last minute, I was totally ok with a chill night with them.  We had a delicious steak dinner, my brother-in-law played bartender and made us some fun drinks, we played games, watched the Dick Clark Rockin' NYE show (obviously), and actually stayed up till midnight - go us!

Obviously, Benny did not make it to midnight...but he sure looked cute!

Now we're ready for 2015!
