Tasty Tuesday {Frozen Hot Chocolate}

I first fell in love with these at Serendipity's in New York City during our girl's trip last year.  That city was magical and that treat was also magical.  This past weekend, since I could care less about the teams playing in the Super Bowl (have I mentioned that yet?), I was all about the food. I was in charge of dessert and this is what I decided to make.  You guys...it was so easy and so delicious and I will be doing this more often.  Why is this not a normal thing?  I do not know...because this, my friends, is fantastic.

Frozen Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate mix
Milk
Ice

Toppings:
Cool whip
Caramel sauce
Butterscotch chips
Rollos, chopped

First, make your hot chocolate according to the package instructions (I used milk instead of water to make it thicker).  Then add to a blender with ice and continue to add ice until it's nice and thick.  Pour into glasses and add your toppings.
*You don't need as much liquid as you would think.  The ice almost doubles the recipe.

That's it, people.  I'm telling you, why is this not a normal thing???

Happy Tuesday!
