{Date Night Last Night}

If you haven't figured it out yet, husband and I both love the ocean.  Last night we went to dinner along the beach.  I was in charge of date night for the week and knowing that my husband loves the ocean, loves taking walks, and loves good food, I decided to use one of the coupons we had for a local restaurant that overlooked the water.  We also got a little dressed up, too!  Just because it's fun.

We got seated by a window, ate way too many rolls and even splurged with some wine.  After dinner, we took a walk along the path that overlooked the water.

Husband loves walks.  He always asks if I want to go on a walk and unfortunately, I don't always say yes.  I always seem to enjoy them when I do go with him, though, so I think I need to just get off of the comfy couch and say yes more often because there aren't many things as wonderful as holding that man's hand.

We enjoyed our views and felt blessed to live where we live.  Seriously, how do we even deserve this?  It was such a beautiful night and we had no where we needed to be so it was wonderful.

I love you, B.  Thanks for always reminding me how wonderful life is when you just slow down, take a walk and enjoy the view.  Thanks for always holding my hand, too.

Oh, and some of those flowers pictured above may have made it into our kitchen...shhhhhh!  10 points if you can tell if the tea is ready or not!
