Blogtober 2014 {Favorite Fall Recipe}

So I took the past few days off from Blogtober for a few reasons...
1.  I really wanted to post about Benny's birthday instead of the prompt "I never thought Blogging would..." because THIS.  Seriously, you guys...I can't handle those photos.  He's too much.
2.  I also didn't really care for the prompts for Saturday and Sunday ("If I were president..." and "best advice you've been given").
3.  I had a super fun and eventful weekend and blogging was not a part of that.

BUT, it's Monday now and the prompt is "Favorite Fall Recipe," which, I can totally do because I did have one recipe come to mind immediately.  I found this recipe last year when wanting to make something "fall-ish" for a friend who was gluten-free and as it turns out, it's really good.  It's super easy and really tasty, and apparently that's not always easy in the g-free world.


Check out the Ambitious Kitchen for the delicious recipe and some other pretty great ones as well.  For this one, I didn't use Gluten-free Chocolate Chips because my friends are not celiac and the amount of gluten in chocolate chips does not bother them.  I also am able to use my cookware since they aren't Celiac, but if you have a friend with a severe gluten allergy or has actual Celiac's disease, make sure to do your research and talk to your friends before feeding them. :)
