{Tasty Tuesday: Easy Tartar Sauce with Greek Yogurt}

So husband and I are still loving all of the fish my dad and brother's brought back from Alaska.  Sometimes I feel like trying to recreate some fancy recipe I found online, but sometimes we just want some fresh fish quick and easy.

This tartar sauce is really easy and uses items you may already have in your fridge.  It serves great over white fish and you don't need to add anything else!

This particular night we had it on Halibut that I baked with a little salt and pepper (and actually some other spices I had and wanted to use, but salt and pepper is all you really need).  We served it over brown rice and added some sauteed veggies to the side.  Yum!  Quick and reeeeally easy.

What You'll Need:

1.  Greek Yogurt
2.  Pickle Juice or Pickle Relish
3.  Ketchup
4.  Lime Juice

That's it!

I'm sorry, I don't have any measurements.  This is pretty much created according to your own taste-buds and what flavors you want to enhance; so experiment with what you like.

1.  Put some Greek Yogurt in a bowl.  Since this is your main ingredient, put about as much as you'll need for your fish.  The rest of the ingredients just add flavor.

2.  Add some ketchup.

3.  Add some pickle juice and a little bit of lime juice.

4.  Mix together with a spoon.  Taste, and add more of whatever ingredients you'd like.

5.  Serve over fish.

It's really good, and good for you, too!  Greek yogurt is packed with protein and much better for you than mayonnaise (which most tartar sauces are made with).  This is super quick and all you need to do is bake your fish.

It's a quick and easy, healthy way to sweeten up your fish for dinner.

We are likin' easy meals around here these days.  Happy Tuesday!
