Hi friends! This week is going to be a busy one for us over here with lots of appointments and fun activities, but first, I want to reflect on the weekend.
We spent Saturday with my family: I helped celebrate my niece's 4th birthday at her gymnastics gym and husband helped my brother move into their new home. We then all had dinner together and relaxed a little after the crazy of the party. We realized we had almost every single grandkid present except for one of my nephews who had a baseball game. It's funny how even with all of those kids around, it still just feels like a relaxing evening with family. I'm so grateful for the people I get to call family!
We also relished in the housing market of that area...although it's still California real estate and not cheap, it is sooooo much better than the San Jose area. As husband and I struggle to find a bigger place to live before our baby comes, it's sometimes really hard to see other area's housing prices. I have no intention of moving at this point, since I love being so close to my parents and siblings, but seriously, why do we have to live in one of the most expensive cities in the world?! Learning to count my blessings...
But now I'm ready for the new week! Here's a photo dump from the weekend...HAPPY MONDAY!
