I still haven't posted about our Chicago trip from last weekend. Husband and myself, along with one of my sisters and her husband, took the trip out to visit our baby sis and her husband - the newlyweds! They live in a suburb outside of Chicago and I've been to see her a few times, but it was fun to finally go with husband. Last time husband and I were in Chicago together, we had only been dating for a few months! Here we are back in those lovely dating days...

Anyways, the six of us had a ton of fun hanging out in the area my sister and her husband call home, spending one of the days in downtown Chicago, and really just being together. Scroll to the bottom for some delicious restaurant suggestions!

A Toda Madre - Glen Ellyn, IL - Favorite meal of the entire trip! Amazing!
Blackberry Market - Glen Ellyn, IL - Cute little spot that I could see myself hanging out at often if I lived there.
Fun Activities:
Vertical Endeavors - Glendale Heights, IL - Largest indoor rock climbing gym in the US. The boys loved it, us girls sat out since two of us are pregnant and couldn't climb anyway.
Wendella Sightseeing Boat Tours - Chicago - This was a great tour and we even got to go out on Lake Michigan to see the Chicago skyline. It was really cold that day, so most everyone opted to go inside the boat, but I think it would be even more beautiful during the warmer months.
