6 Months Today and Even More In Love Than Ever Before

Happy 6 months, Bartholomew!  I can't believe we have been married for 6 months now.  It feels like we just got married, but on the other hand, it feels like we've been living life together forever.  Married life is the sweetest (I highly recommend it).  I would not trade anything for what we have and it is incredible how much our love grows deeper each day.  

We already have so many fun memories as husband and wife.  Here are a few of them...

September 23, 2011:  We said "I do" and never looked back...

...and had the wedding of the century!

Then we said, "Screw this town, we're going to Mexico!"

...where we spent the week as honeymoooonerrrrs.

Then, we decided, "Hey, wanna move back to the Central Coast?" 

"Ok."

So we did.

We then inherited our first pet.  Walter.  He was actually Bart's for years, but had been residing at the in-laws.  They decided to give him back.

It wasn't long till we gave him to our niece for Christmas.  Now he gets to spend his afternoons in doll houses and at the spa.  I'm sure he is loving it.

We also saw the 2010 World Series Trophy.  Only a year late.  But that's ok.  It was awesome.

We had our first visitors...

...and then some more!

We celebrated a month together at Montana De Oro...

...and reminded ourselves what marriage is all about.

We got our first Christmas tree...

And spent our first Christmas away from our families...

 

...but also had a yummy crab feast for Christmas Eve with lots of people we love...

We had a little New Years get together with new/old friends...

Bart got a new job in town and helped open a new store...

...we ate a lot of delicious meals...

...went on hikes...

...celebrated Valentines Day with a little breakfast in bed...

...took a spontaneous trip to the Bay Area...

...started working out together...

...celebrated Bart's birthday...

...and now we're here.  6 months married and loving life.  

I love you so much, husband.  Thank you for an amazing 6 months.  I can't wait to see what God has in store for us as we continue to love and encourage each other over the next 50 years.

You are the best.
